COVID-19 CUSTOMER INFORMATION
This notice is updated in accordance with the
latest government, public health and animal welfare advice
– last reviewed 3/10/20.
The safety and wellbeing of our
customers, staff and cats is our top priority.
have implemented additional hygiene protocols above and beyond our usual meticulous
cleaning and hygiene procedures. Please help us remain Covid-19 secure by adhering to the following procedures and guidelines:
OFF & COLLECTION
ALL VISITS TO THE CATTERY
ARE STRICTLY BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
Please do not turn up without first
making an appointment.
Please telephone ahead if you are
running early or late so that we can arrange a new appointment time.
advise us if you have COVID 19 symptoms or have been in contact with anyone
who has COVID 19 symptoms. We can then advise the additional drop
off/collection measures in place.
distancing of 2 metres apart should be observed at all times. There are guiding
markers on the pathway leading up to the office to safely enable this.
maximum of two adults may come to the office but only ONE adult from your
household can enter the cattery.
wear a face mask when visiting the cattery premises.
grade alcohol hand sanitiser should be used and is available at the gate next
to the garage, outside reception and at the entrances to the cattery.
carriers cannot remain in the cattery and should be taken with you once you
have dropped your cat(s) off.
will be allowed to visit your cat(s) in the cattery.
viewings are not permitted at this time.
Please make sure you remove collars
before you bring your cat(s) to the cattery.
We usually encourage owners to bring
items from home. However, in these extraordinary times, bedding, toys,
climbing frames, feeding bowls or any items from home will not be
permitted, unless for medical or mobility reasons
We will, as usual, provide bedding to
make our guests comfortable during their stay and we can provide extra
bedding if desired.

ON RETURN FROM HOLIDAY
If you need to quarantine on your
return home from holiday, we may be able to return your cat(s) to you
for a delivery charge.
Depending on how busy we are, we may
also be able to extend boarding.
We value your trust and understanding in the changes that we
have put into place during this difficult time and apologise for any
inconvenience that is caused.
