HOW TO BOOK YOUR CAT'S HOLIDAY
Bookings should be made as early as possible in order to avoid disappointment; we take bookings a year in advance for our busiest times.

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of confirmed dates.
Our opening times for inspection visits, and the delivery and collection of cats are:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
8.00am - 11.00am and 3.00pm - 5.00pm
Wednesday & Saturday
8.00am - 12.00pm CLOSED in the Afternoon
11.00am - 12.00pm CLOSED in the Afternoon
In very exceptional circumstances, delivery or collection outside of these hours can be arranged by special appointment. There may be an additional charge for this service.

Prices are per chalet per day.
1 Cat - £9.75
2 Cats - £15.50
3 Cats - £18.00
4 Cats - £21.50
5 or more cats - contact us
Only cats from the same family may share a chalet.
PLEASE NOTE: Our prices are reviewed annually each year on 1 April.
A Door-to-Door collection and delivery service may be available if required.

Payment is made on collection of your cat(s). We only accept cash or cheque. Debit/credit cards are not accepted.
We offer a discount for long-term boarders (over 4 weeks) and welcome payment on a monthly basis.
There are no reductions if you collect your cat earlier than the original date booked.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the booked arrival date are subject to payment of the full boarding fee.
